Our Story: Inspired by the Maldives

Atoll Agency began with the two of us, Antonela and Jordon, and a place we could not stop returning to.

The Maldives had given us some of our most memorable experiences, but we also discovered how difficult it could be to plan a trip with confidence. With hundreds of resorts, confusing rates and endless recommendations, we were often left unsure which island was right for us, what represented good value and who we could trust for honest advice.

We knew there had to be a more personal and transparent way to do it.

So we created Atoll Agency: a specialist travel agency dedicated entirely to the Maldives. We wanted to share the islands we love, make exceptional resorts more accessible through fair and transparent pricing, and help protect the place that inspired us in the first place.

There are more than 150 resorts in the Maldives. We do not try to sell all of them.

Our collection is deliberate, carefully considered and continually refined. Each resort has either been personally visited by us or carefully vetted through our trusted contacts and relationships across the Maldives. We look beyond what appears online to understand the character of each island—from its reef and villas to its dining, atmosphere and overall guest experience.

This allows us to recommend resorts based on what genuinely matters to you, whether that is a romantic escape, an unforgettable family holiday, exceptional diving or somewhere quiet enough to completely switch off.
